Why should we choose your company?

At Creative Destination Events we combine creativity, service, design and passion to produce events that truly represent your unique style. 
 
Our company has years of experience in creating unique events and we love what we do. Our dedicated planners will always return your calls and answer all your questions as quickly as possible. We help you design the event of your dreams from start to finish – from our expert planners to our graphic designers and in-house seamstress and carpenter, we have the team to handle every detail to ensure you have an event to remember. 
 
We specialize in creating one-of-a-kind events in the luxury destination of Los Cabos.

What are the types of events that you work on?

Our planners have expertise in planning destination weddings, dinner parties, birthday celebrations, and can help with any special celebration. Our typical event ranges from 30 to 60 guests, we are able to handle groups up to 150 guests.

What do clients like about working with you?

Our team is efficient, professional all bilingual. Our team will always return your phone calls, emails within 48 hours to the exception of holidays. 
 
We care and are in love with our work, we understand that planning a destination wedding or event could be stressful but you will soon realize after one or two phone calls that the experience that you will have with our entire team will be very enjoyable and stress-free.

How will you present and communicate with us?

Our initial consultation is conducted over the phone. As we work to plan your event, we will communicate via email, phone and will organize a Skype meeting when needed

What is your work schedule?

Our planning team is available Monday thru Saturday, from 9am – 7pm, and on Sundays by appointment. You can reach us by phone or email.

Weddings

How many event planners will attend the day of the wedding?

You will be assigned a wedding planner that will put together the entire team of people to assist in all aspects on the day of the wedding. 
Prior to your arrival, we will schedule a meeting with you at our showroom before the wedding day. 
 
At that meeting you will meet with your wedding planner, the designer, the florist and go over all the decisions that have already been made, approved and to make sure that everything is the way that you wanted.

Will you assist with accommodations and fun activities for our guest?

Yes, we will gladly help you with all Reservations that your group may need. We have relationships with the private villas, hotels and restaurants, enabling us to get you special group rates.

What is the method of payments for your wedding planning services?

To start working together our wedding or event planning fee has to be paid in full. Our wedding or event planning fee is based on the number of guests. Once our contract has been signed and our wedding planning fee is paid, we are ready to start. 
 
Payment could be placed through a credit card: Visa and Master Card are accepted. Wire transfers are also available.

Do we need to research and find vendors for our event?

No! The main reason of hiring a wedding planner is to avoid all the stress of the research and to have someone that has already built a relationship with local vendors. We will look for different options of vendors, we will find the best fit for your needs and we will always be in constant communication ensuring their performance is impeccable on your wedding day. 
 
Once we have confirmed your vendors team, we can gladly send you an introduction email with them and you will be able to communicate with them as well

How are vendor payments handled?

Clients sign all venue & villa contracts, and for the rest of the vendors, Creative Destination Events manages all payments for you. 
 
Creative Destination Events will prepare a payment schedule, including all initial deposits required. Remaining balances are due 30 days before the wedding date.

Can I visit Cabo before my wedding weekend?

Yes absolutely, we recommend at least one site inspection prior to your event. It is important that you see the venue, meet your vendors and taste the food. 
 
Site visits start at $500.00 USD+ 16% Tax for a minimum of 2 full days. If a third day is necessary, there is an additional charge of $200.00 USD + 16% tax 
 
We can assist you in making hotel or villa reservation for your visit, arrange transportation. Prior to the day of the site inspection you will receive a full itinerary of the appointments/meetings schedule. 
 
If you hire us before coming down to Cabo, no extra charge applies for a site inspection.
