We cannot say enough great things about Creative Destination Events (CDE) and their extraordinary work planning and executing my wife Brenda’s 50th birthday celebration in Cabo last week.
This was a meticulously orchestrated, multi-day experience spanning three unforgettable days, and CDE delivered perfection at every turn—from a stunning sunset yacht cruise, to an incredible dinner at Rosa Negra, to an absolutely spectacular Saturday night celebration at the Four Seasons Resort Cabo San Lucas featuring live music, a band, elevated production, and breathtaking décor. How will my planner be in contact with me?
Our initial consultation is conducted over the phone or zoom!
During the planning process, we will mainly communicate via email, phone and zoom. We do communicate by text or WhatsApp messages, as well.
Your planner will not only plan everything ahead of time, but the minute also you set foot in Cabo she will be available to you at the tip of your finger! Just a text away!
Should I book the villa before hiring you?
You could, but our recommendation would be to first have a consultation with us, so we can assess which would be a more suitable option for your Birthday Party needs!
We can surely assist you with the villa selection as the first step of the planning process, so no worries!
Will the activities offered above be private and exclusive to my group or will they be shared with other people?
Every single activity will be 100% exclusive to you and your group only, unless indicated otherwise.
Do I need to book my vendors?
No! The main reason of hiring a planner is to avoid all the stress of the research and to have someone that has already built a relationship with local vendors. We will look for different options of vendors, we will find the best fit for your needs and we will always be in constant communication ensuring their performance is impeccable.
