Our Wedding Design Team is in charge of conceptualizing and designing all aesthetic requirements for your entire wedding or event. From Color Palettes, Linens, Flowers, and Stationery to Signage, Cake Design, Custom Installations, Ambiance Lighting and Stage & Set Design, we customize and coordinate every detail of your event. We consider every element, such as the natural lighting, colors, and textures of the venue to deliver a cohesive and polished look representing the style and feel you want to create, making your event very yours.

We are a full team of experts; all devoted to each couple, you do not hire a wedding planner, but rather a wedding team formed by at least 4 professionals: Wedding Lead Planner, Wedding Senor Planner, Wedding Planner Assistant & a Wedding Designer. This ensures a piece of mind for each of our couples, who can rest assure their special weekend will be achieved and executed without any inconsistency.
How will you communicate with us throughout the planning process?
Our initial consultation is conducted over the phone or via Zoom. During the planning process, we primarily communicate through email, phone calls, and Zoom meetings. We also utilize text messages or WhatsApp for quick and efficient communication.
What are your office hours?
Our planning team is typically available Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm. On Saturdays and Sundays, we are available by appointment, as weekends are usually dedicated to on-site event coordination. We are flexible and can schedule calls or Zoom meetings outside of regular office hours to accommodate your schedule.
Who will be my main contact during the planning process?
Each couple is assigned a dedicated team and within your Lead Wedding planner will be your primary contact throughout the planning process, but the rest of the team is always part of all communications as well. This planner will work closely with you to plan, organize, and supervise every element of your wedding.
Will my planner be on-site during the wedding?
Yes, your assigned wedding planner will be on-site during your wedding day. Additionally, the entire Creative Destination Events team will be present to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly.
Can you assist with accommodations and activities for our guests?
Absolutely! We will provide recommendations for hotels or villas that best suit your guests’ needs and preferences. We can also plan various activities for your wedding weekend, including welcome events, rehearsal dinners, sunset cruises, private yacht excursions, and farewell brunches.
What payment methods do you accept for your wedding planning services?
We accept payments via credit card (Visa and MasterCard) and wire transfers. Our team will provide detailed instructions to ensure a smooth transaction process.
Do we need to research and find vendors for our event?
No, one of the primary benefits of hiring a wedding planner is to alleviate the stress of vendor research. We have established relationships with top local vendors and will present options that best fit your needs. We maintain constant communication with vendors to ensure their performance is impeccable on your wedding day.
How are vendor payments handled?
Your wedding planner will manage all payments to vendors on your behalf. We will prepare a detailed payment report, including all deposits and balances due, along with their respective due dates. All final balances are due 60 to 45 days before the wedding date.
Can we visit Cabo before our wedding weekend?
Yes, we encourage our couples to visit Cabo at least once during the planning process for site inspections. These visits are part of our planning services and typically include selecting the wedding venue and attending menu and cake tastings, showroom visits, and vendor meetings. Your wedding planner will organize and schedule all appointments during your trip.
Will there be a clear timeline established for our event?
Yes, our wedding planners will create a detailed and thorough wedding weekend timeline, encompassing all appointments and events throughout the celebration. This ensures that every aspect of your wedding is well-coordinated and runs smoothly.
