They say the third time is a charm, and it was, indeed a day full of love and charm for Milena and Jackson. Originally scheduled to marry in May 2020, their dream wedding had to be postponed two times due to pandemics. The third wedding date set was the one to say their I do´s.

On a warm day of June 2021, under Los Cabos fantastic weather, at last Milena & Jackson were able to celebrate with their 120 friends and family from all over the world in and modern, yet elegant wedding, and Paradisus was the perfect setting.

The guests were welcome to Los Cabos with a beautiful welcome bag from the bride and groom designed by CDE by Suzanne Morel. In it, guests found many goodies for the wedding weekend and of course mini tequila bottles!

While getting ready, the bride and her bridal party donned a Mexican Embroidered dress, as a nod to Mexico, a place that will remain very special for Milena and Jackson, forever.

The groom and his crew wore multicolor embroidered suspenders. A twist to their classic tuxedo.

Milena wore a gorgeous strapless, trumpet gown with a sweetheart neckline and a beautifully embellished bodice, featuring her sun-kissed skin. Neutral toned makeup, minimal accessories, and a clean, low chignon with a cathedral veil, were the perfect combination between classic chic and traditional.

On a ceremony held at Paradisus extensive beach, a modern, diamond shape structure with large floral swags marked the spot for the “I do´s”.

Milena walked down a white platform aisle to a strings duo of harp and violin playing Adele´s “Make you feel my love”, carrying a hand-tied bouquet with white and ivory garden roses, lisianthus and ranunculus, dusty miller, and touches of eucalyptus. Jackson wore a boutonniere with a white O’Hara Rose, a touch of eucalyptus and thistle.

Right after the ceremony, with Mariachi music, guests were directed to Paradisus Palapas near the pool area to sip some Margaritas, the couple’s signature drink, where they signed a custom-made guest book, with Milena and Jackson´s favorite pictures. They were able to find their seat on a modern display of gold frames, accented by eucalyptus and white rose details.

A timeless white and gold color scheme with white florals and greenery accents created a clean, fresh, and romantic aesthetic, plus the open-air location around the pool and right next to the beach with that soft breeze that Paradisus offers was the perfect scenario.

The diamond shape structure from the ceremony was relocated to the reception. It was just too cool, why not keep seeing more of it?! The reception table centerpieces were a combination of tall arrangements and garlands with aromatic eucalyptus and white roses and lots of warm, soft candlelight.

For this couple, music was an element of high importance. Live music played all day long, from the string duo at the Ceremony, a Mariachi at the cocktail hour, and a Live Band for the reception that they flee from the US. The couple’s first dance was to Al Green´s “Let´s stay together”. Jackson shared a special moment with his mother with a traditional mother-son, dance. Twinkle lights were the perfect final touch at night that created a warm and friendly vibe ambiance. A total dream.
