Getting Ready | Calm, Laughter, and a Surprise Arrival
The day began in an upgraded suite flooded with natural light, the perfect canvas for Clare’s beauty team to work their magic. Joined by her five bridesmaids, her mom, and her grandmother (who surprised everyone by making the journey to Cabo), the room was filled with warmth, laughter, and the quiet hum of anticipation. Mimosas flowed, joyful memories were shared, and as Clare stepped into her gown with the help of her mom and sister, it was clear the day was unfolding with heart and harmony.
Meanwhile, Todd gathered with his groomsmen, both dads, and the ever-dedicated Bently for a relaxed morning in his own suite. Over lunch and stories, the group reminisced on years of friendship and toasted to what was ahead, a day none of them would soon forget.
The First Look | A Quiet Moment, Just for Them

Set on Nobu’s expansive oceanfront terrace, the ceremony space was designed with timeless beauty in mind. Lush white blooms and natural greenery cascaded from a contemporary structure, while a curated aisle of tall glass cylinders, black lanterns, and delicate florals added texture and romance. The wooden chairs with black detailing grounded the look with modern warmth.
Guests were seated as the soft ocean breeze set the tone. The processional was guided with care by our planning team, and when the ceremony began; led by a dear friend of the couple, it became clear this wasn’t just a ceremony. It was a heartfelt tribute to their journey together. Vows were exchanged in both English and Korean, bridging families and traditions in the most beautiful way. And then, in a moment that made every heart swell, Bently delivered the rings with a focus and elegance we’ll never forget.
The Reception | Golden Light and a Night to Remember
As Clare and Todd slipped away for portraits along the golden shore, guests mingled over cocktails and hors d’oeuvres while the reception space came alive.
Thoughtful design met personal expression; from the ambient lighting to the intentional tabletop details, everything reflected the couple’s modern, romantic vision. The result? A setting that didn’t just impress: it told a story.
