This time around, we want to share with you Julie’s Mexican birthday party at Villa Las Rocas by Cabovillas.com designed and styled by Creative Destination Events.
We are very happy to plan this experience for a very important person for us!
Let’s start by talking about the costumed details we did for her: welcome sign with her face incorporated, welcome bags, seating chart, drinks and food menus, name tags, table numbers, etc.
One of our favorite things was the detail on the bar and dancefloor that matches the decor:
A Matter of Taste did a wonderful job with the food and appetizers, and of course, presentation and flavor are always perfect!
Moving on to the set-up, there are so many wonderful photos that we decided to include a lot of them!

Now, let’s focus on the incredible Mexican themed cake; we always personalize the cake topper and elevate the experience by incorporating some cold fires in the back of the cake to create amazing photos.
We also did a gobo with Julie’s signature name:
Last but not least, let’s not forget about photographer and music. Those are 2 very important elements to really make it a celebration. Music to create a real party ambiance and a photographer to capture every single moment you will always remember.
